Due to health issues I am no longer dying wool. Do not worry! If you have purchased wool in the last two years, my daughter dyed and shipped it. Our wools will still be available in a new shop:
Stella Wools on Etsy.
It is the same quality wool and the same beautiful dye. We will honor free shipping on purchases made between the two stores during this transition.

I use USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post to any location in the United States. For items damaged in shipping, please e-mail me a photo of the damaged piece, save the piece and original shipping material, contact me and I will give information how to process for the insurance. I will gladly replace or refund any item that should be broken or lost in transit. International packages are shipped using International First Class Mail for items under 4 pounds or Priority International for heavier shipments.

returns and refunds
Wisconsin residents will be charged appropriate sales tax for your county. This will be automatically figured into your invoice.
Refunds are not given for buyers remorse. If you are not happy with your purchase after you have received your item, I will work with you on a solution. My goal has always been to have a good relationship with all my customers.
